Back in November, we reported on Franco’s visit to cook for the staff at the Lapstone Pub in Horton Heath. Last week, they welcomed Franco back to prepare 10 cheesecakes for their May 1st Rum Festival. Franco designed the recipe himself. Thanks to the Lapstone for continuing to support Franco and his development as a chef.
