It has been brought to our attention that over the weekend a Wyvern member of staff’s conduct in the community has caused serious concerns and that this has been shared on social media.

No concerns have been raised regarding anything happening on the college site or involving our students. Nevertheless, the college takes this incident very seriously and this morning I have been in touch with the appropriate authorities; we are working closely with them as they carry out their investigations.

You will understand that whilst this incident is being investigated, I cannot comment further but please be assured that the safety of our students is always our primary concern and we have followed our safeguarding procedures to ensure that no student will have contact with the member of staff under investigation.
