Contacting the College by Phone

The main college phone number is 02380 692679. The college reception is open from 8.15am until 4.00pm Monday to Friday term-time only and an answerphone operates outside these hours.

Contacting the College by Email

We want to ensure that your enquiry is dealt with as quickly as possible by the most appropriate member of staff. Please click on the relevant link below, complete the form and your query will then be forwarded on to the relevant person. We aim to provide an initial acknowledgement within 2 working days indicating a timescale for a fuller response.

General Enquiries – to request a prospectus or tour, or general administrative query.

Curriculum Enquiries – to raise a curriculum-related query with a department, e.g. regarding homework or revision.

Exams and SIMS Enquiries – for queries relating to examination entries and results, or student data.

Finance Enquiries – for queries relating to payments, trips, and cashless catering.

Pastoral Enquiries – to raise a pastoral query with your child’s Pastoral Leader or Pastoral Assistant.

Reporting a Student Absence– to report a student absence to our Welfare Officer.

Wyvern Gateway Enquiries– for queries relating to the Wyvern Gateway

Senior Leadership Team – for queries regarding college policies, or for any serious issue or complaint.

Trustee Enquiries – to contact the College Trustees (Governors).

Community Enquiries – for information on our childcare, nursery, sport and fitness facilities, and community activities.
