Should a class have to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, every effort will be made to make up for lost time however this can not be guaranteed.

This may be achieved by

• Adding a session at the end of the course.
• Offering the session on another day.

If that is not possible then we would offer a

• Refund for the session missed.
• Deduct the session if you are enrolling on the same course the following term.

If you do not intend to enrol on the following term then you will need to contact the Community Enterprise Office on 023 8069 2678 and request a refund.

Refunds

Wyvern Community Enterprise reserves the right, without notice, to withdraw, merge or vary any course, provision or facilities deemed necessary by the college. Pre-booking is essential for all courses. Refunds will not usually be made if a learner withdraws from the course less than 7 days before the start of the course. Once a course has begun, refund requests in writing will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
