What is 1-2-1 Instructing?


1-2-1 Instructing is based purely on exercise, you will have your own trainer for your required time to take you through a workout. 1-2-1 Training differs from Personal Training. Personal Training delves deeper into other areas such as diet plans, body measurements and fitness testing.


In a 1-2-1 session what would I receive?


Detailed workout plans tailored to your own individual needs.


Continuous assessment.


Constant guidance through technique and posture.


Encouragement and motivation to push yourself that little bit further.


A spotter to aid more advanced exercises requiring an extra set of hands.


On the spot advice on exercise and nutrition.
