Welcome to Wyvern Sport & Fitness. Our classes are designed to give you a wide range of choice and enable a balanced workout throughout the week. All of our classes are taught by qualified instructors who are there to support you in reaching your personal goals.

Price: Selected classes available free to Monthly & Annual Activate Members. Non members prices vary dependant on class type and time.

Courses: Please note that courses must be booked at Community Reception or call on 023 80 692678. Places are issued on a first come first served basis. In the unlikely event that insufficient numbers fail to sign up for the whole course, the class will be cancelled.
Classes: If there are less than 3 people in a class the instructor may cancel the class on that day. Management reserve the right to cancel or reduce the number of classes on offer at any time and at short notice. There are no refunds available for members as a consequence of any changes made to the class timetable.’ Below is a list of classes that we have to offer:
Pump It
Get a total body workout using all the major muscle groups. This weight based class is designed to burn those calories while you shape, strengthen and tone your entire body.
Bells & Balls
A studio based fitness class using Kettlebells and Fit balls in a variety of ways to take you through a full body workout. This class will work you from head to toe and suitable for all levels of fitness.
Total Tone
This body conditioning class will take you through a variety of exercises to help you tighten and tone those problem areas, whilst improving your overall fitness. These exercises can be adapted to suit all levels of ability, making the class suitable for all beginners through to the advanced user.
INSANITY
This class will clear out the stresses of the week and give you a great boost to start the weekend. INSANITY is a revolutionary cardio-based total body conditioning class, based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. By using MAX Interval Training, INSANITY pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism.
