Inductions are carried out after a medical PAR Q has been completed and we have discussed any injuries or illnesses that may restrict your exercise plan.
Once the induction has been completed we would suggest you familiarize yourself with the machines and get a feel for your performance levels.
Following that we suggest you book in for a Goal Settings consultation. In this consultation we will discuss what you want to achieve, your training pattern and style along with other information to enable one of our experienced instructors to create a programme which is personal to you and your requirements.
Programmes should be reviewed regularly every 4-12 weeks, to ensure you achieve the maximum from your workout.
