Parents’ Evening Booking System
The College has introduced a new, intuitive, paperless and easy to use online appointment booking system. This allows you, the parent to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments. We are confident this will be an improvement to the previous system as it does not rely on students compiling complex appointments. It also gives you more control over who you wish to see.
You will be informed via Edulink when you will be able to start making appointments for Parents Evening. Please note, availability of appointments are limited in total per teacher, so not all parents / guardians can be seen by teachers with more than one class. Your appointments will each be for 5 minutes and are booked on a first come first served basis.
How do I log in?
The website link is https://wyvern.schoolcloud.co.uk/
A user account will have automatically been created for you, so all you need to do is log in using your your (please remove the duplicate) full name and email address as well as your child’s name and date of birth.
Please can you add “The information must match the details you registered for yourself and your child at college admission, this includes registered preferred names.”
